Cassandra Faust
PA-C, Founder & Owner, Enhanced Wellness
Cassandra is the heart and soul of Enhanced Wellness. With over 14 years of medical experience and a lifelong passion for aesthetics, she’s committed to blending wellness and beauty to help clients feel confident inside and out. A graduate of the Anne Arundel Physician Assistant Program, Cassandra’s journey began in family medicine and urgent care before she found her true calling in aesthetics. When she’s not transforming lives at the clinic, she’s traveling with her husband and three daughters, creating memories and adventures.
Kane Maiers
MD, Medical Director
Dr. Maiers is the guiding force behind our medical expertise. Board-certified in Family Medicine, he blends traditional medicine with a proactive approach to wellness and aesthetics. A West Virginia University graduate and CrossFit enthusiast, Dr. Maiers is as passionate about health as he is about helping clients achieve their goals. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him traveling or competing in CrossFit events with his two sons.
Erin Combs
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Erin brings a wealth of experience in emergency and family medicine to her role at Enhanced Wellness. Since joining the team, she’s channeled her passion for beauty and wellness into helping clients feel radiant and confident. With a Master of Science in Nursing and a dedication to client care, Erin is a cornerstone of our practice. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two daughters and staying active in the local community.
Muriah
Registered Nurse
Muriah Stark, RN, is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, proudly licensed since 2004. Her extensive clinical background includes high-acuity specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Post-Anesthesia Care, and Labor and Delivery. Known for her unwavering commitment to critical and compassionate care, Muriah has recently expanded her expertise into the field of aesthetics. By blending her medical proficiency with a passion for empowering clients to feel confident in their own skin, she delivers exceptional, patient-centered results. Her diverse experience and holistic, patient-first approach have earned her a reputation as a trusted professional in both traditional and aesthetic healthcare settings.
